12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LULEHANG TECHNOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

  • Technical failures, errors, or interruptions

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lulehang Technology and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of our Services
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
  • Your unlawful or negligent conduct

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nanjing, China.

For users in other jurisdictions, we make no representation that our Services comply with local laws. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

15.2 Arbitration

For users in the United States, any dispute not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

16. App Store Terms

Our mobile applications are distributed through Google Play and Apple App Store. By downloading our apps from these platforms, you agree to comply with their respective terms of service and policies:

17. Export Controls

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including those of the United States, European Union, and other relevant jurisdictions. You represent that you are not located in any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions.

18. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services will cease immediately
  • We may delete your account and data
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
